Raised in a Baptist Fundamentalist Church, and upon time spent studying Church History at an affiliated college, I came to embrace Reformed Theology. I spent time in a small Reformed Baptist congregation until I returned home and the joined a Dutch Reformed congregation. From here I became involved in a house Church fellowship until it dissolved and then engaged in fellowship with a United Methodist Church focusing on its service ministries. Frustrated with leaderships unwillingness to embrace the ideas of George Whitfield, I departed to join an upstart PCA congregation in downtown Indy and am still a member here (9 years or so). With this move I have been able to read extensively, but have found few who share in my passion to get at the truth through rigorous study, and come to know God in an ever-increasing fuller sense. Upon studying Josephus and a desire to understand 1st century history, I encountered Preterism or fulfilled prophecy. I have been strongly persuaded by their interpretations of the Bible and have been thrilled to discover anew the vital importance of a Covenant understanding of Scripture.
